We are thrilled to share the exciting news that COSAC, has been shortlisted for the esteemed ‘Outstanding Customer Service Award’, in the ‘Micro Business’ category, among other exceptional businesses. This recognition is a testament to our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service and our continuous growth as a business.
When COSAC first opened its doors, we offered traditional classroom-based Health & Safety and SMART meter training in Runcorn. However, in 2018, we took a leap forward and introduced Safe2Site, the first online training course for the CSCS Green Card. This course, which is bespoke and unique to our company, has been highly successful and has set us apart in the industry.
The global pandemic in 2020 presented significant challenges for businesses worldwide. However, COSAC embraced these challenges and experienced remarkable growth during this period. In 2022, we further expanded our offerings by launching the Trust Test E-Assessment platform. This expansion not only extended our customer service team but also allowed us to focus our efforts on continuously improving Safe2Site. Today, we are proud to announce that over 25,000 customers have successfully passed their tests through our platform.

Although we didn’t win the award on this occasion, we are immensely proud of how far we have come as a business and as a united team. This recognition as finalists in the Halton Business Awards of 2023 fills us with elation and motivates us to strive for even greater heights.
