The certificate you will gain from passing our course is valid for 5 years, this allows you to practice on-site learning as a fully qualified supervisor. It is the responsibility of the site supervisor to assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections, and maintain a safety programme. CITB pays grants for the achievement of approved short duration courses – this includes S2SST. COSAC is an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) with CITB, allowing our customers to claim grants for completing training on our registered courses. S2SST is in Tier 2 of short duration course grant funding, so if you pay the CITB Levy, you can claim back £140 per successful S2SST candidate back from CITB.
Candidates will receive a CITB branded certificate and are automatically added onto the CITB Training Register as a qualified Site Supervisor.
